SM-EI Workshops March 2017
The SM-EI Workshops were held over the week 13th to 17th March in Mosgiel/Dunedin, Rangiora/Christchurch, Huntly/Hamilton, New Plymouth and Palmerston North. The Agenda can be downloadedhere.
Objective of the workshop - As part of EEA's ongoing Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) consultation, to inform and seek feedback and views from members on issues raised at workshops and issues associated with revised Safety Manual-Electricity Industry (SM-EI). In addition, current live work issues will be covered.

The Work at Height - Attachment at all times Workshops 2016
The Work at Height - Attachment at all times Workshops were held in Taradale/Napier, Auckland, Dunedin and Christchurch in March 2016. The EEA has adopted an objective to implement an "attachment at all times" practice when working at height (excluding when climbing a ladder). Attachment at all times is to be progressively implemented and will be electricity industry practice by end of March this year. To assist companies in implementing this requirement EEA are holding a number of workshops in early March.
