APEX Summit 2018 - Call for abstracts open

The next Annual Power Engineering Exchange [APEX] Summit 2018 will be held at the Auckland University of Technology (AUT) on Friday 17 August 2018.

It will gather graduate engineers of any discipline (electrical, mechanical, civil, etc.) involved in power supply projects, as well as students interested in a career in the industry. Past attendees valued their APEX experience for the knowledge gained, the opportunity to network and the chance to brush up their presentation skills.

Now open - Call for presentation abstracts and panel discussion proposals

Are you interested in presenting at APEX? We are seeking presentation abstracts from graduate engineers with up to five years experience in the electricity supply industry. Any engineering disciplines can be covered, the more diverse the better! We only ask you to think about what your presentation could bring to the Summit's theme 'Smarter Solutions'. Students involved in projects with industry companies are also welcome to submit an abstract.

We are also interested in hearing from young engineers who would like to propose and facilitate a panel discussion on a topic relevant to the event's theme.

Abstract submissions should be made by email to EEA at by no later than Friday 29 June 2018. Please refer to our Summit's flyer to see all instructions, key dates and other event information, and don't forget to register your attendance online by 10 August.
