During the last twelve months the EEA Board has undertaken a significant strategic review of the organisation. In addition to maintaining the focus on our current activities, the Board decided to refresh, broaden and expand the scope of the EEA activities enabling greater involvement in strategic issues and changes occurring in the industry. The key issues identified for further development over the next three years focus on advocacy, professional development and safety. The first year of the strategic plan focuses upon the rebranding of the EEA and improving the capabilities of the organisation to deliver outcomes in these areas.
