WHY YOU SHOULD BE AN EXHIBITOR

THE EXHIBITION LAYOUT
The Trade Exhibition is an essential part of the Conference and every effort is made to promote exhibition companies. This year, the number of stands available has increased from 90 to 97. The layout has been designed to ensure high visibility for stands and to encourage “people flow” through the Trade Exhibition in Halls A, B and pre-function area. The Exhibition is on the ground floor of the Christchurch Convention Centre which is connected to the Crowne Plaza Hotel. All Conference morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas will be served at food stations throughout the Exhibition, and the social functions will also be held here. The Conference plenary sessions will be held in Hall A, immediately beside the Exhibition area, with concurrent sessions being held in the meeting rooms on Level 2 .
